HiPhi’ second-half sales in China could catch up with international luxury car brands

According to the retail data released by the CAC Data Resource Center, 763 HiPhi X units were delivered in November, with a cumulative total of 2,805 units delivered in the second half of the year. After October, it again took the second place in the sales list of luxury brand electric vehicles over 500,000.

On September 24 last year, HiPhi X, the luxury intelligent pure electric brand of Human Horizons, announced the official launch of HiPhi X Edition. The new vehicle is available in 2 models, the Six-seater and the Four-seater, with a price range of RMB 68.00-80.00 million.

As the first production model of the brand, HiPhi X is based on the HOA super body electronic and electrical platform, the new car is very futuristic in appearance and interior design, and will also provide dual-redundant L3 autonomous driving and a number of intelligent features.

In terms of power, the new car will be powered by a 200kW (272PS) dual electric motor + high efficiency heat pump system, achieving 3.9 seconds of 100km acceleration and 0.27 wind resistance coefficient. With a 97kWh high-capacity battery and 97.2% motor efficiency, the car will have a NEDC range of 630km. The new vehicle also supports active rear-wheel steering and air suspension, providing a high-quality driving experience.

Since the delivery in May, the total number of HiPhi X deliveries has exceeded 3,300 units in just six months. Especially in the second half of the year, which is about to close, it has temporarily surpassed domestic and international luxury brands with a total of 2,805 units (July-November), and is expected to become the champion of the pure electric car sales list of luxury brands over 500,000 in the second half of the year.
