Earlier, Tesla officially released a video of their brand new super factory in Berlin, Germany, focusing on their paint department, which they hailed as the most advanced paint shop they have ever seen before. It will likely be the result of introducing some new new new products Tesla colourway.
As we all know, Tesla has five colourways as soon as its Model S, Model 3, Model X and Model Y was launched. However, no new colours have been provided after these years, so many Tesla car owners can only seek a third-party modification to show their own cars’ uniqueness. The reasons may be to reduce production costs and simplify the production process. Thanks to the new multi-layered paints feature of the Berlin Gigafactory, recently, Tesla CEO Elon Musk talked about Tesla’s new colour plan. He said: “Giga Berlin will have the world’s most advanced paint shop, with more layers of stunning colours that subtly change with curvature.” In another exciting news, a new paint shop with similar capacity is also anticipated to be deployed at Gigafactory Texas. It’s only that the firm most likely expected Gigafactory Berlin to be operational first at the comment time.
Nevertheless, according to local broadcaster RBB24, Gigafactory Berlin is reported to be postponed to mid-march. RBB24 stated the safety safeguards at the production site are still being reviewed by authorities. Tesla allegedly revised projected quantities of harmful chemicals that could leak in accidents on a regular basis, and inspectors have yet to examine Tesla’s wastewater cleanup procedures. Once completed, Tesla estimates that the facility near Berlin will be able to produce up to 500,000 Model Y electric crossovers every year. Model Y vehicles sold in Europe are currently imported from China. Stay tuned for further information.
