China, Jan.26 – Zeekr, Geely’s premium electric vehicle, officially indicated that the 10,000th ZEEKR 001 has officially rolled off the production line.

From October 19, 2021, when the first ZEEKR 001 rolled off the production line at Zeekr’s intelligent factory to today’s 10,000th unit, Zeekr has completed the quantitative change from 1 to 10,000 units in only 99 days.
About Zeekr
In March 2021 -Zeekr, the new intelligent pure electric brand of Geely Holding Group, was launched. It is available in three models, with a current pre-subsidy price range of CNY 299,000 to CNY 368,000.
On April 15, 2021 – Zeekr announced the first mass production model at Zeekr factory in Hangzhou Bay, named ZEEKR 001, which is based on Geely’s Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform, has a wheelbase of 3,005mm, and accelerates from 0-100 km in as fast as 3.8 seconds.
On October 19, 2021 – The mass production model of ZEEKR 001 was officially launched at Zeekr Smart Factory in Hangzhou Bay, Ningbo, marking the official start of mass production of ZEEKR 001.
On October 23, 2021 – The first batch of ZEEKR 001 officially opened for delivery at Zeekr Smart Factory, marking the official launch of Zeekr’s products into the market, into the users, and into a brand new stage of brand development.
On October 31, 2021 – A total of 199 units of ZEEKR 001 were delivered in the first week.
In November 2021 – The first full sales month after the launch of ZEEKR 001, a good result of 2,012 units was reached.
In December 2021 – ZEEKR 001 sales further increased to 3,796 units, setting a new delivery record. For the full year 2021, Zeekr 001 deliveries were 6,007 units.
In the future – Zeekr has set a delivery target of 70,000 units for 2022. Zeekr plans to export the Zeekr 001 to the EU market early next year, adding that the company expects to export up to 100,000 units and launch a cumulative total of seven models in 2025.

The ZEEKR 001 mass production model came off the production line smoothly due to the efficient vehicle manufacturing solution and leading quality inspection system brought by Zeekr’s intelligent factory.
- Efficient vehicle manufacturing solution
Take the welding workshop as an example, the workshop has more than 300 100% fully automated flexible robots. Through the system, the production quality can be monitored in real time to ensure the output of qualified products and traceability.
At the production end, based on a high degree of automation and intelligence, Zeekr has further improved the factory’s production efficiency and shortened the waiting time for customers to pick up their vehicles in order to maximise delivery.
- Leading quality inspection system
In addition, Zeekr will also conduct full inspection, random inspection, self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection and other comprehensive testing of the mass-produced ZEEKR 001 off-line, and achieve 360-degree quality tracking and feedback, so as to keep the last gate before delivery for users.
